Working as a front desk agent at the Keystone Lodge and Spa was my first professional job position and really expanded my professional growth within the hospitality industry. I was able to expand my customer service and professional skills to feel comfortable working with a very diverse group of clientele. Working with such a diverse group has really helped to improve my social and cultural skills as well. Taking a full load of courses while working full time has helped improve my time management skills and helped me to create a routine for myself. This is the first semester of my college career that I will be finishing off with a 4.0 grade point average.
